Delivery Terms:

• We deliver across Qatar only with delivery charges according to the area of delivery.
• No pickup from our store nor our office at the moment
• We deliver orders using our own fleet. KATANYA Mandoob will call you on the day of the delivery to confirm the exact time of delivery. Orders made from before 4pm will be delivered in the same day. Orders made after 4pm will be delivered the next day or the next working day in case of holidays and weekends.

Payment Method:

We offer two methods of payment Cash on Delivery or Credit/ Debit cards.

Most credit cards have a two-factor authentication process. After filling out the credit card information and confirming the payment, you will be directed to a page prompting you for a pin or a password. This additional security step is issued and controlled by your bank.

Exchange, Refund and Return:

We only offer exchange, refund or return on products that are delivered to you with defects from our side. These defects include Only any leakage, breakage and any sign that the parcel was tampered with.

Other than this, we encourage you to take your time while purchasing the products you want with the help of our team to answer all your questions.

CANCELLATION:

No cancellation can be made for the already placed order.
